Community service is one of the greatest teaching tools that we can use.

MIT-VIS recognizes the importance of this tool and coupled with the 4 decade legacy of the MAEERs group, which stresses on numerous events geared towards service to the community, MIT-VIS is keen on ensuring that all of our students involve themselves in activities that promote community service. Moreover, community service ensures that the students learn humility, selflessness, giving and caring; all important aspects of becoming mature and responsible adults.
